We purchased our hot tub from Le Dipping Parlor Spas, Inc. in September 2009 and are very happy with it. We bought the model 'Certa' from Keith Southern and was very pleased with his salesmanship. He was extremely knowledgeable and was quite patient with us as it took us several visits to decide to make this investment. Never once did we feel the "salesman" pressure. The hot tub was purchased off of the showroom floor. The interior is blue and the outside is coastal gray.

The hot tub was delivered on the day promised and the delivery person took a lot of time with us explaining the use of the chemicals a few days after the installation and Le Dipping Parlor employees were very helpful in getting us educated on the correct chemicals to use for cloudiness etc.

My husband and I have really enjoyed lounging in our hot tub. It is so relaxing and is so nice to soak in this warm cozy water and view the sky above.

We would definitely recommend Le Dipping Parlor Spas, Inc. and Keith Southern when you are ready to purchase your spa.

In September of 2009 I purchased a Sundance Spa from your company and I have been exceedingly pleased with the performance of the spa. After searching many different spa dealers in the Rolla, Osage and Springfield areas we chose Le Dipping Parlor Spas. The price was right and your sales associate knew his products.

The spa has continued to operate trouble free and my family is very pleased with its performance. The spa doesn't require a ton of chemicals and is very easy to take care of. I have two children and the filter design is great. The spa has no moving parts for us to worry about and the controls are easy to understand.

When your staff came to install the spa they were very professional. The spa was set up quickly and the technician went through all of the functions with me so that I had a full understanding of the spa before they left. I have not had any mechanical or maintenance issues since the spa was delivered in September of 2009.

When I was ready to look for a spa for my family and myself I began researching brands on the Internet. Through my research I knew I would not settle for a cheap discount tub or an Internet dealership that offered no local service and support. So after several weeks of research and talking with friends who own or have owned a spa I narrowed my choices down to just a few.

I knew I wanted to purchase a spa from a local dealer and Sundance Spas continued to come to the top of the list, so I went in to look at the models on display at Le Dipping Parlor. When I walked in to the store Keith Southerland greeted me and allowed me to look and ask questions. He was very professional and easy to talk with and did not try to high pressure sell me, but instead took a consultative approach. He gave me some pricing on a couple models of which I had interest and I left with a complete brochure package and prices.

I then shopped a couple of other stores in town that sold the other brands that were in my final selection. Those experiences did not match my experience with Keith at Le Dipping Parlor Spas, both with the quality of product and expereince with the sales person. Just a few days later I received a Thank You card from Keith just for stopping by to look at the Sundance Spas. This helped me further narrow my choices and then it was a matter of working within my budget, which Keith was able to do and I became the proud owner of a Sundance 880 Series Majesta spa.

The day came to deliver and install my new spa. This was also a very good experience and went smoother than I expected.

Since that time Keith has followed up with me and even sent a Christmas gift thanking me for my business

It is rare these days to have a buying experience like I did at Le Dipping Parlor. Keith treated me like I was his number one customer from the moment I walked in to shop and he has continued to do so after I purchased the spa.

My experience with Le Dipping has been great! I have Fibromyalgia and Osteoarthritis and the hot tub has been a God send for my pain. When it was delivered and set up they showed me what to do and how to take care of my hot tub. They took the time to go over everything with me. When to clean and drain water, to all the chemicals that were needed to keep it up and running. They also cleaned up and hauled away any trash or boxes from the installation. I want to thank everyone who had a part in selling & installing my hot tub.
